Excellent Stay in Central Location

I found the location excellent near the rossio metro and train station. It was easy to walk to the castle, waterfront, restaurants and bars. The 24-hour front desk was helpful, and luggage storage was a definite plus. The staff spoke fluent english. They also arranged a shuttle to the airport for my flight home, hassle-free.

I had a twin room . The location proved central to many attractions. The staff seemed consistently helpful.
The coffee machine was not working, so I had to go downstairs. A hotel cook stopped me from using the breakfast machine. He cited safety reasons in a rude way. there was no tissue in the room.

The location was really convenient. I found it easy to get around to different parts of the city, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff arranged transportation for me, and I appreciated their help with that.
The room felt quite noisy at times. I could hear a lot of street noise, difficult to relax in the evening. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and I thought the quality of the food could be better.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was very central and easy to get everywhere by walking or using a short Uber ride. I loved my room. It was compact but comfortable and included a great balcony with a view. The breakfast provided a fabulous selection of items and I definitely recommend it.
I would have appreciated body lotion with the bathroom products.
